• Wildfire smoke field study:

  • Deploying measurements of particulate matter in homes in the pacific northwest to analyze the infiltration of wildfire smoke and how that affects exposure of the occupants

• Emissions of propane heaters when used indoors during extreme weather:

  • Calculating emission rates of toxic compounds such as carbon monoxide when used in realistic indoor ventilation situations

• Wildfire smoke aging:

  • Investigating the effect of UVC air cleaners with wildfire smoke on forming potentially harmful secondary products
